The Design Process
I will help you create everything you need to for your business and marketing strategy. From logo design to print materials, website design to annual reports, social media graphics to signage, Ayah Jaber Design has you covered for all of these items and more.
1. CONNECT WITH CLIENTS
Before we meet, I would provide you with a Brand Discovery Questionnaire. It highlights keywords related to industry, market, form factor, tone, and style. This allows me to get a better understanding of your vision and goals. This consultation will give us both a chance to get to know one another and see if we’ll make a good team.

2. BOOKING
Contracts
If all goes well in our meeting and we feel this is a good match, I will put together a formal proposal for our project. If you approve of everything, I will have you sign the proposal using Bonsai.
Deposit
A deposit will be due after you have signed the contract and the fees associated with the project will be provided to you at the time. Please note that the total fee is subject to change, and there will be additional fees if you exceed the number of revisions outlined, or if there are unforeseen costs associated with the project (i.e. purchasing of stock photos). This deposit is nonrefundable as it goes towards the total cost of your project.
3. RESEACH & DISCOVERY
Creation of a Moodboard
From your Brand Discovery Questionnaire answers. I will take all the info and create a mood for the company. I will also ask you to put together a small pinterest board which will help me to get a feeling for what it is that you’re looking for in your brand.
Now is the time to pull all ideas together. Start by creating motifs. Explore and test typefaces and keep in mind the latest logo and graphic design trends. This first entails pencil on paper.
The benefits of sketching allows me to create designs quickly. More freedom to create and there are no limits.
4. EVOLVE & POLISH
This is the best part for you! I develop one to three Logo concepts depending on the price plan you choose. I will style your new logo, color palette, fonts, inspiration photos, submark, and logo variations into one lovely Brand Presentation.
The key is to keep up with communication between the client and designer.
PLEASE NOTE that I only provide digital documents to you, unless I am specifically designing a print product for you. Such products could be business cards, letterheads, or marketing materials. Logos, brand boards, and the website are considered to be digital pieces.
